Job Responsibilities

As a service technician, you will work with daily service issues at customer locations in the region within the retail and grocery sectors. You will work with solutions that streamline both store operations and the shopping experience, such as cash handling, payment solutions, scales, packing machines, and collection lockers for e-commerce.

You will be responsible for:

· Installation and service of technical solutions within grocery retail

· Service and repair work

· Training customer staff in operation

You will work from home and have access to your own service vehicle. Since StrongPoint operates nationally, there may be travel to other regions a few times a year.

Education and Experience

· High school diploma in electrical/mechanical/technical fields

· Previous experience in service-related professions.

· Basic knowledge of technical service, electrical, and networking knowledge.

· Experience working with networks, software, and data

· Good computer skills are, of course, a requirement

· A merit is qualifications/knowledge in refrigeration technology.

· B driver's license

· You express yourself well in speech and writing
